Comparing Completion Quality of 3.5-turbo 1106 and 0613

I am using AOAI 3.5-turbo for an internal chatbot. There is a significant downgrade in response quality from 1106 and switched back to 0613. where can I find information on when 0613 will be retired? Is there any workaround to improve response quality?

    Thanks for the question, You can see the column for deprecation dates in the Azure OpenAI Studio under deployments for each specific model. Yes I could see the following thread on the same for latest version. https://community.openai.com/t/gpt-3-5-turbo-1106-is-worse-than-0613-version/519820/11
