    Hello @Rishab Arya ,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & hope you are doing well.

I understand that you would like to add firewall rules under settings in Azure Firewall, but you are unable to find that option.

There are 3 SKUs of Azure Firewall: Basic, Standard and Premium.

Both Basic and Premium SKU uses Firewall policies to manage the Firewall by default.

Only the Standard SKU allows the selection of Firewall management via classic firewall rules during its deployment as below:

So, if you have a Standard SKU Azure Firewall and selected the above configuration during the deployment, you can find the firewall rules under settings in Azure Firewall.

    Refer: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/firewall/tutorial-firewall-deploy-portal

If you selected Firewall policy or are using Basic/Premium SKU Firewall, then you need to go to the Azure Firewall policy to add Firewall rules.

    Refer: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/firewall/deploy-firewall-basic-portal-policy

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/firewall/tutorial-firewall-deploy-portal-policy

In your Azure Firewall Manager, you can see a section for Azure Firewall policies as below, where you can find the Azure Firewall policies created and associated to your Azure Firewall:

You can find all the rule types in the Azure Firewall policy and there you can add your rules:

Kindly let us know if the above helps or you need further assistance on this issue.
