    Hello, The error code is 0x800f0984 PSFX_E_MATCHING_BINARY_MISSING, it indicates matching component directory exist but binary missing. Try below methods to help fix:

    1. Run commands: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth sfc /scannow
    2. Run Windows Update Troubleshooter Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters. Next, under Get up and running, select Windows Update > Run the troubleshooter. When the troubleshooter is finished running, it's a good idea to restart your device. Next, check for new updates. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates and then install any available updates.
