How do I Link your Partner Center account to Microsoft billing profile.

Here is a link to the docs that describe how to do that: Link PC to BA. the steps are:

Log in to your Microsoft Partner Center dashboard

Go to 'Dashboard'

select 'Account Settings'

Here you should find "Link to Microsoft billing account"

Follow the steps for logging into or creating a billing account and profile.

Make sure you log in as global administrator, and that your Partner Center account is Active.
