Hello I understand that you’re experiencing issues with the Group Policy Object (GPO) for the wallpaper policy on Windows 11. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot this issue:   Verify Registry Editor settings: Check if there are any conflicts between the Registry Editor and the Local Group Policy Editor. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies. If you find a sub-key named System with Wallpaper and WallpaperStyle String Values, delete the System sub-key.   Check wallpaper path and name: Ensure the path and name of the wallpaper file in the Desktop Wallpaper setting in the Local Group Policy Editor match the actual file’s location and name. If you’ve moved or renamed the wallpaper file, you need to update the path in the Group Policy setting.   Rename TranscodedWallpaper and Delete content of slideshow.ini: These files are located in C:\Users<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes.   Check Prevent changing desktop background setting: Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel > Personalization in the Group Policy Editor and ensure the Prevent changing desktop background setting is configured correctly.   Sign out and re-sign in: After making changes using the Local Group Policy Editor or Registry Editor, sign out of your account and re-sign in.   If the issue persists, it might be helpful to check the environment and specific settings of the GPO. For example, if the issue only occurs for certain users or on certain sites, it could be related to how the GPO is applied. Also, ensure that there are no errors when running gpupdate /force.
