Hi,
What version of Excel did you use?
What kind of bit version of Excel did you use? 32-bit or 64-bit?
I suggest you make sure you have the Analysis ToolPak installed in its entirety and are able to find it in Excel. If you confirm that you have installed the Analysis ToolPak but it is not found in Excel, it may be because its location has been changed or deleted by mistake. You can check and recover by following these steps:
Open Excel- go to File- Options- Select Add-ins- in the Manage box- select Excel Add-ins- in the Available box- check the Analysis ToolPak and then click OK.
If you're prompted that your computer doesn't currently have the Analysis ToolPak installed, you'll need to select Yes to install it or go to the location and check if you can find the file in the location.
If the file itself is corrupted, it will also cause it to not load properly. You can try re-downloading and installing from another source, or delete it and try again.
Sometimes, firewall and user account settings may prevent certain Analysis ToolPak from loading. In this case, you need to adjust the security settings of Excel to allow the repository to load.
