Hi Community, My issue is I have enabled the Azure Single Sign-On and Azure Provisioning (which is configured on the same application) and I got an error code "SalesforceLicenseLimitExceeded" (Refer to the screenshot name "Provisioning Error" below). But I checked in my Salesforce Org, and the Salesforce License is still available. Also, the header said "Failed to create User in SfSandbox' which this user is already created on Salesforce, It needs to be updated. Provisioning Error Best Regards,

@Tann Pattanapaisarn Thank you for reaching out to us, As I understand you are facing issues with the provisioning of users from Entra ID to Salesforce, while provisioning the same you are getting error "SalesforceLicenseLimitExceeded".

We get this error due to licensing issue at the salesforce side, would recommend to review the licenses present in your salesforce account - https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.users_license_types_view.htm&type=5 SalesforceLicenseLimitExceeded: The user could not be created in the target application because there are no available licenses for this user. Either procure additional licenses for the target application, or review your user assignments and attribute mapping configuration to ensure that the correct users are assigned with the correct attributes.

    Reference: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/saas-apps/salesforce-provisioning-tutorial#common-issues

Also, what type of role you are assigning for the user at the time of provisioning? Try to assign a different profile example: charter free user and see if the provisioning goes through or not.

Let me know if you have any further questions, feel free to post back.
