How to get AZ 204 score card?

Question

I have appeared for AZ 204 Exam - Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure on 24th Dec 2023 and scored 631 which showed fail status, But couldn't take any screenshot and received mail to retake exam. Login ID: ******@gmail.com

Now unable to get score card, which we need to provide to our organization Accenture. Please let me know steps to get score card or send me updated score card in proper format which Microsoft provides after appearing in exam pass/fail. Thanks, Chandra Shekhar
