In the Azure AI DOcument Intelligence Studio, When adding an image to train a custom extraction model, the "run layout" is not identifying all the text chars, there are hand written slashes or pipes in the "ATTEMPTS" column in the table below that are being ignored.
How I can get them to be identified by the OCR?

Im still waiting on an answer about this. In the meantime I was thinking about using check boxes instead of free form slashes, but any help would be great...
