Hi. I have a new pay as you go subscription, and I tried to create a VM with 4 vCPU and 8GB RAM but I get: "Operation could not be completed as it results in exceeding approved standardBasv2Family Cores quota" "Location: eastus2, Current usage: 0, Additional Required: 4, (Minimum) New Limit Required: 4. Submit a request...."
Why is there a default limit of 0 for this VM family?

    Hi @Julio Fontoura ,

the Basv2-series is a relatively new Azure VM SKU. The new Bsv2, Basv2, and Bpsv2 VM series were announced in September 2023 for "general available". Announcing the general availability of new Azure burstable virtual machines / 09/12/2023

Maybe the quota is set to "0" by default to get a better control of the numbers of VMs (demand) and the availability of the hardware in all the Azure datacenters.
