Kindly be informed that we are not utilizing Azure VMware Solution, but rather migrating VMs directly to Azure Cloud. At present, we are employing Azure Migrate with an Agentless Migration strategy for other vCenter VMs My question is, Can I use Azure Migrate for VMware vCloud Director VMs also by deploying Azure Migrator Appliance at vCenter Level which is holding vCloud Director?

@Premium user Thank you for posting your question on Microsoft Q&A platform. Happy to help!

From the information shared in the original post, I understand that you want to use Azure Migrate for VMware vCloud Director VMs by deploying Azure Migrator Appliance at vCenter Level.

We don't have any documentation regarding supporting vCloud director, and I never tried myself so not sure. If it is only testing then you may try to perform the test and see if that works, but most probably, it is not supported. However, if you go with the agent approach it will work since we "don't care" about the VMware environment.

Hope this helps. Feel free to reply if need further assistance.
