How can I login into Facebook if I accidentally removed it from Authenticator app?

Hi, I accidentally removed Facebook from my Authenticatior app. Got logged out of FB now I can't get back in without a code. The email I use is a work email. It's a work organization. Is there some way I can verify that I am who I am and get codes? Facebook sent me to MS but I think they will send me back to FB

    you have to take a look on the Facebook website how to deal with MFA issues:

    Troubleshoot login with two-factor authentication on Facebook

    Facebook is providing the MFA feature and the MS Authenticator app is just "the middle part" that gets and send the MFA approval from Facebook.
