This afternoon, the domain admin logged into all the office workstations to install a new printer driver. Then the admin logged out and the user logged back in with his/her domain credentials. This worked fine except for two users. When they logged a dialog pops up asking them to "Enter your network credentials to connect to mail.hprs.local (which is the domain controller). The dialog shows their email address, not their domain ID, and there is a space to type the password. No passwords work. I've never seen this dialog before and am at a loss as to what do to.

Hello, Thank you for posting in Q&A forum. Here're some steps you can try to troubleshoot this issue: 1.Press Win + R and run "control keymgr.dll" and press Enter. 2.Click on Windows Credentials under Generic Credentials, locate the entry for mail.hprs.local and click on the down arrow next to it. 3.Click on Remove to delete the cached credentials. Restart the computer and try logging in again. If it doesn't help, please try to run nslookup command to see if there's any DNS resolution issue. Best Regards, Hania Lian
