Hello, I applied for the usage permission of GPT-4 and was approved by Microsoft. I have deployed the OpenAI service in the Eastern United States, but I cannot see the GPT-4 model in the deployment list(GPT3.5 series are available). I hope you can help me look into this issue and provide a solution. Thank you.

    冉 魏 Greetings & Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

I have deployed the OpenAI service in the Eastern United States, but I cannot see the GPT-4 model in the deployment list(GPT3.5 series are available)

I understand that you have access to Azure OpenAI and unable to see GPT4 in the deployment list.

Please note that, Availability varies by region. GPT-4, GPT-4-32k, and GPT-4 Turbo with Vision are now available to all Azure OpenAI Service customers. If you don't see GPT-4 in your region, please check back later.

As mentioned in the model availability page, there are limited availability of GPT-4 models in East US and South Central US region and this could be preventing you from deploying a new GPT-4 model in East US.

GPT4 is available to subscriptions with current access to the model version in the region.
