Are you running Microsoft 365 Apps on Windows System?
If so, could you please go to File > Account > Product Information, check the version number and update channel?
I suggest you update your Office to the newest one to have a check.
Besides, you may try to run Excel in Safe Mode to rule out the effects of COM Add-ins.
- Please hold on Ctrl key, click or double-click Excel icon, until it asks do you want to start it in safe mode, then please release Ctrl key and click "Yes".
- Go to Data tab > Get & Transform Data group > From Table/Range.
Then, please try to repair the .NET Framework via using this tool.
