Power Pivot in Office 2010 - Unable to load the vertipaq engine because there was a COM exception while laoding

I tried power pivot in Office 2010 i am facing error Unable to load the vertipaq engine because there was a COM exception while laoding. This might happen if you laod a workbook on a corrupt installation. To fix the problem , uninstall and then reinstall PowerPivot. Click details for more error information. How to resolve this query.

Office 2010 is out-of-support and why not doing, what the message suggest?

Hi,

Please check the the add-in are using the same bit version as Office.

And not all the version of Office 2010 support the Power Pivot add-in, please refer to this support article:
