Azure refund

I would like to apply for the refund of my azure services. Also, there should be 100 usd credits for student account, but my usage was still charged. I tried hard to find support staff (not chatbot) but no luck.

    the best option might be to open a support case with Microsoft Azure support for clarification.

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
