Haven't received vouchers from Mindhub

I have purchased exam vouchers from mindhub.com. It has been 3 days and I haven't received them. And the support team at ******@pearson.com is not responding to my email. I have done multiple follow-ups and no response please help me out!

I have the same issues. Did not get my voucher from the order several days ago. I even did not get a confirmation message or anything that gives me a hint about what happened.

My mails to the support team keep being unanswered.

I would really appreciate if you have any advice for me

I'm also having the same issue,I don't know why mindhub will be so slow to send the voucher and am having exam on Friday. This is the third day .I haven't receive the voucher.

Hi,

I understand your concern. I had a similar experience when I applied for a voucher on MindHub. I didn't receive a confirmation email right away, and it took a few days for the voucher to arrive. MindHub can be a bit slow at times, but don't worry! In my case, the voucher arrived within 7 days, and I expect the same will happen for you.

Just hang in there, and everything should be fine! Give me a thumbs-up if the issue gets resolved.

I ordered from them Exam voucher but no sign of Voucher although have confirmation email. And All it says Ships Soon

Do you know exactly how much time they did take?

It seems they are just slow and Microsoft don't even care to resolve this Voucher thing

Don't worry, I've been in the same situation before. The voucher usually takes around 3 to 4 working days to arrive, even if the status says "Ships Soon." It’s normal for it to take a bit of time, but you should get it soon, brother – no need to stress!

For your peace of mind, you can also email ******@pearson.com to check on the status, but rest assured that the voucher should be received within 3 to 4 working days.
