Haven't received vouchers from Mindhub

I have purchased exam vouchers from mindhub.com. It has been 3 days and I haven't received them. And the support team at ******@pearson.com is not responding to my email. I have done multiple follow-ups and no response please help me out!

    Hi,

    I understand your concern. I had a similar experience when I applied for a voucher on MindHub. I didn't receive a confirmation email right away, and it took a few days for the voucher to arrive. MindHub can be a bit slow at times, but don't worry! In my case, the voucher arrived within 7 days, and I expect the same will happen for you.

    Just hang in there, and everything should be fine! Give me a thumbs-up if the issue gets resolved.
