SQL Server detected a logical consistency-based I/O error

Hi, I am struggling to find the permanent solution for this error. This error is replicating multiple times per day. Restoring the database is the only option to resolve this problem. After restored, the database is accessible but when we initiate the SQL Job schedules, then the same error is replicating again. We don't know the reason for this problem. Please provide me a permanent for this error. User's image

    For your description it seems that you have serious hardware problems. The biggest culprit is the I/O subsystem, but it could be a bad memory stick as well. You should absolutely move to new hardware.

    One reason could be a storage failure; have you check your storgae?
