I recently got a new iPhone and did not back up microsoft authenticator on my old phone. I no longer have access to this phone to back it up. My microsoft office has signed me out of my outlook account on my new iPhone. when I try to sign back in, it takes me to the authenticator app and asks me to sign in with username and password there. Then it asks me to put in the authenticator code. However, as I am signing in in the authenticator app already, I am unable to put in the authenticator code. Additionally, Authenticator doesn't show a code when I try to sign in to other microsoft applications on my laptop. Does anyone know what the problem here is and how to fix it?
