How to use Azure OpenAI

Question

Hi, I am planning to take the AI-102 exam next month and I am in the process of self-learning and practicing for the exam. When it comes to Azure OpenAI section: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/explore-azure-openai/4-how-to-use-azure-openai, I am required to apply for access to OpenAI. However, when I clicked on the form to apply, it asked for a company Azure subscription account (attached screenshot below) - currently, I am using my personal Outlook account, so I am not sure if I am in the right direction, could anyone please advise?

I'm sorry but urrently, access to this service is granted only by application. You can apply for access to Azure OpenAI by completing the form at https://aka.ms/oai/access. Open an issue on this repo to contact us if you have an issue. but I guess right now only company requests are considered in case of of private accounts this might not work currently. Hopefully it will be released soon to all. So with personal ACC this wont work
