Account lockout event 4740 shows source computer as blank

Some of our user accounts are getting frequently locked out. Event 4740 doesn't show the source Computer name. I have enabled netlogon logs and it doesn't show it either. Please help. Please find screenshot below: - User's image

    Did you check if there is a event ID 4771 as mentioned below : 4771 event id - kerberos auth failed

User's image In your screenshot, the account is highlighted in black at the beginning, and the computer name is highlighted after "from (via)". User's image I hope the information above is helpful.
