Intune Managed Device duplicates and errors joining Intune

Hello everyone, i think i misconfigured my Microsoft Intune Management: My devices get automatically registered to Intune when joining my domain. The output of dsregcmd /status is then: User's image

Then i need to manually add the device to intune management by adding the primary owner of the device: User's image

The device is now connected to the local domain and to Azure MDM via Intune. After a while i will see the applied policies and settings via the Info Button in the MDM Connection if everything went right: User's image

But mostly i´ll see this error when trying to manually add the device to Intune: User's image

Administrative Events is showing this error: User's image When i take a look at Entra ID i will see these devices:User's image

The first entry comes from the automatic hybrid device join via GPO, the latter ones come from my attempts to manually join the device to Microsoft Intune. After some minutes the device shows up with a generic name: User's image

Which will eventually change to the correct name for the device after "some time". I think i do something wrong in the process of adding devices to my Intune Management. But this specific device is stuck with the above error. What is the correct procedure to add devices to Intune? How do i prevent duplicate entries in Azure AD Devices? Thanks for clarification.
