Good morning! Some computers I have in my store are having the problem of not saving the address and port of the Proxy Server. When I press the "OK" key it doesn't save, is there any way to make it work again and that way I can save the Proxy Server again? Att, Lucas Veríssimo. User's image

    Hi @Lucas Veríssimo

If you want configure proxy you can Select the Start button, then select Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy. For more details please take a look at this article:

    Hi Lucas,

    Thanks for your reply.

When you are changing the LAN setting, uncheck the box that reads Use a proxy server for your LAN. After that, check the box that says Automatically Detect Settings.

If no help, you can try another workaround to change the proxy server. Go to Settings > Network & internet > Proxy > Manual proxy setup > Use a proxy server slider > Save.

    Best Regards,
