Can Azure Kubernetes Service be considered fulfilling the requirements for Policy-based recordings & Microsoft certification

For the Bot Recorder component it's required that two fundamental criteria are fully fulfilled:

• Recorder bot must be deployed in Azure
• Recorder bot must run on a Windows VM in Azure

From my perspective both of these requirements are satisfied with AKS. Will I be able to certify my bot solution with AKS as the platform of choice?
