Hello, I'm trying to create a standard logic app, from portal. I'm using azure free subscription, but with every region I use, I get the below error message: {"code":"InvalidTemplateDeployment","details":[{"code":"ValidationForResourceFailed","message":"Validation failed for a resource. Check 'Error.Details[0]' for more information.","details":[{"code":"SubscriptionIsOverQuotaForSku","message":"This region has quota of 0 WorkflowStandard instances for your subscription. Try selecting different region or SKU."}]}],"message":"The template deployment 'Microsoft.Web-LogicApp-Portal-b814a4da-a75d' is not valid according to the validation procedure. The tracking id is '5fce9e50-e3e2-4b03-9e45-61606fb7d9de'. See inner errors for details."} Can somebody please tell, if there is any updation in azure policy?

as I can see, the powershell is for Consumption type logic app, not for Standard type. I am able to be create consumption app, but not the standard type.
I have tried almost every region for creation, but still the same issue persists.
I suspect your free quota has been completed, hence you are not allowed to create any further resources. To confirm this, can you turn your account into pay-as-you-go and try creating a resource?
But I created my free subscription 3 days ago, and I can still see some credits and 26 days remaining.
The documentation's last updated date is this month and still mentions to create a free subscription. They haven't specifically said that free subscription won't work with standard Logic app creation.
I can try pay-as-you-go, but shouldn't this still work with free subscription for people who are new to azure and wants to experiment? Also, thanks a lot for helping.
yeah, you are right! this should work for you in your free account if you have the days and $ balances in your subscription. That is why I suggested you go for pay-as-you-go just to check if you can create the resource you wanted otherwise, in that way we can narrow down if your free account has been blocked or is the issue is with the service creation.

I also faced same issue today. Just change the standard to consumption based it will solve the issue.

For standard logic app there would be the app service plan that would be created and used for standard logic app. Looks like there is restriction on your subscription that doesn't allow you to create more plans. I will suggest you to engage us over one on one support request over the Billing and subscription management support which is free for all the subscription so the team can review and assist you.
