Move AZ-900 Certificate to different account

Question

I previously have earned the Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) exam on an MS learn account under the email: ******@gmail.com. I am currently and MSSA student and I have created a new a MS learn account under the email: ******@outlook.com, as we use this email for all our training. Can I have the AZ-900 certification I earned on my ******@gamil.com account transferred over to my current account ******@outlook.com? I want all my training and certification to fall under the MS Learn account: ******@outlook.com for clarification.
