Outlook users can't access public folders in Exchange Online Server

After a connection to Office 365 E1, users who have Outlook 2013 installed are unable to see Public Folders. The Public Folders doesn't even appear in the folder list to expand.

Permissions are all ok, setting up the users profile on another machine with Office 2019 installed and the public folders appear ok.

Has anyone seen this with Office 2013 and does anyone have a fix?

The build number of one the clients is 15.0.5285.1000

Thanks

Stefan

Run this test. I suspect your autodiscover record is not set correctly.
Do you see the PF connection listed for Outlook 2013?

What is your autodiscover record set to? Office 365 or on-prem?
Are you in hybrid mode? OR all all mailboxes in Office 365?

Have you changed to "Folder View" in your Outlook 2013:

Do you have on-premise Exchange remained? Which version of on-premise Exchange is that? Where the PF located in?
