Why is GPT 4 not listed in my list of available models?

I go to the Azure Studio Deployments, and I only have options for GPT3.5 Turbo and Text Embedding, which I don't even know what Text Embedding means in this context. I thought GPT 4 was supposed to be an option.

    As mentioned in the documentation, there are limited availability of GPT-4 models in the regions below

    I suggest you to please use your other GPT-4 model which is available for you. You may need to check the above documentation.

    Hi Data Juggler, We have received your feedback and as per the documentation shared by Azar please note that only GPT-4 (1106-preview) is available in East US -2 region.User's image

    Are you not seeing GPT-4 (1106-preview) in your model list ?
    Have you tried checking GPT-4 in other regions like "Sweden Central" or "Canada East" etc. ?
