Hello. When I create a resource for my chatgbt 4 turbo vision model, the resource takes an old or unsupported API version. This creates a big problem because the model does not work as it should. The model gets the correct API version, but the problem is in the resource. An unsupported or old version on a resource is a big problem. I tried to change the API from the drop down menu but it doesn't stay. I currently have an API resource version that doesn't support chatgbt 4 turbo vision at all. I would like to ask you for information on how to set the appropriate API in the resource so that it is the same in the model and the resource. Thank you 1000001738

Thank you for your reply. I tried all regions except Australia. I'm not sure what the ARM template is. I created a resource from the Azure platform (Azure AI Studio, Azure open ai, Resource groups), I had a problem

@Nenad Kvocka So, were are you getting option to select the api-version while creating an azure open ai resource ? When you create open ai resource from Azure Portal you get the options like below - Thanks Saurabh

@Nenad Kvocka I don't think there will be any problem. But, please make sure to create the open resource in any of the regions (see screenshot in the previous reply) which supports GPT-4 (vision preview). Thanks Saurabh

@Nenad Kvocka Where are you checking this api-version? Please provide the location ? Also, what is the problem you are facing with when you deploy a model and try to use it ? What error you are getting ? Can you please provide your code snippet as well you are using to validate the GPT4 vision model ? Thanks Saurabh

First I tried to create a connection from FlutterFlow, but it didn't work, I was getting a "404" error. I read the documentation and then I realized that not every API supports chatgbt 4 turbo vision, now I'm testing on "postman" I check the API version when I log in in the created resource under the "json" option, I have an example on my phone because I'm not at the computer. I followed the instructions from the documentation, and I get an API error. The problem is that when creating it, I get an old API version in the resource that I can't change

Hello, solved, I don't even know what happened, I installed the "West US" region again and now everything is ok. Thank you very much for your help

In which region you are trying to deploy your open ai resource? Please note that GPT-4 (vision preview) is available in the following regions -

Also, are you trying to deploy the Open AI resource with ARM template? Have you tried deploying the openai resource directly from Azure Portal? Thanks Saurabh
