Hi All,

Central admin, we have settings for Storage Utilization alert.

what to knowStorage

  1. to whome it will send email
  2. what is the frequency it will send every hour or every day
  3. how to change the Email body and other settings

Please help it is urgent

    1.This feature sends email to the web site collection owner in the site lock information.

    2.The frequency is controlled by the Disk Quota Warning timer job. Go to the Central Administration -> Monitoring -> Review job definitions -> Find the Disk Quota Warning timer job -> Set recurring schedule.

    3.There is no option to change the body and other settings of site collection quotas alert email. It's designed by SharePoint.
