Hi! All, Let me know how to resolve Unable to switch to trust tenant directory in MS Teams mobile App even Azure CrossTenant Synced in user mobile MS Teams app. Could please kindly let me know how to resolve cross tenant synced

    Are you unable to switch to the target tenant in Teams mobile client?

    Does the same problem occur in Teams web or desktop client?

    Please make sure you have correctly configured cross-tenant synchronization, please refer to this document to determine the steps.

    If the issue does not occur in the Teams web or desktop client, try uninstalling Teams on the mobile client and reinstalling it.
