Fail Over Group: Database disappear after adding database to databases within group

From yesterday (01/23/2024) when we add a database in existing failover group, a database already present in the failover group disappear. If we try to connect to disappeared database using the failover address using sql management studio we can see the database name but accessing to it we don't see any tables. If we connect directly to the secondary database we can see correctly the database tables and data. What can cause this problem? Thanks

Also without support ticket I've seen that the problem was resolved by itself in 24 hours... I think that there was some problem in azure fail over group and ms solved it... I've done nothing than recheck the situation periodically.
