This is a local windows 11 home used just for entertainment use. Not joined to azure or ad or anything windows takes about a minute or two to log in and then the taskbar takes a while to load looked in event viewer. No reported drive issues tried DISM and scan now. No improvements tried to disable all startup apps and still nothing. only issues from there are the drives are mostly full and there are a lot of apps on the taskbar itself

    Hello,

Do you have enough disk space? According to your description, I think the cause of the problem is that the computer may not have enough memory, causing the system to run slowly. Try uninstalling some unnecessary files to see if the problem is resolved. Best Regards,

Try performing Clean Boot and see if the problem persists? Have a look at: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows-da2f9573-6eec-00ad-2f8a-a97a1807f3dd If not enable services one by one to identify which one causing this issue?
