Auto versioning for dacpac file while build

I have a requirement to auto version dacpac file name. I found this link https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/e0c93a55-d8bd-4a32-89d9-f46013fc1235/automatic-version-increment-on-datatier-applications?forum=ssdt It helped, but is there anyway we can change to something like sequence 1.1, 1.2 instead of calculating based on days & seconds?

Hi @Var2010 Have read the link you post, and the answer automatically generated four-part version number like 1.0.* which is what you want.

build number & revision are autogenerated based on time but I'm looking for the filename like ado_xxx_1.2.dacpac, ado_xxx_1.3.dacpac here 1.2, 1.3 wanted autogenerated
