i still able to view the chat history in Microsoft team computer, but not in mobile apps.

i still able to view the chat history in Microsoft team computer, but not in mobile apps. sign-out, sign back in, re-installed apps, allow 24 hours sync up, none of them resolves my issues.

Sometimes, an outdated version of the app can cause sync issues, so make sure you have the latest version installed. Also you can try to clear Teams cache on your desktop and mobile devices.
