I can't reschedule my AZ-104 exam

I would like to reschedule my AZ-104 exam. I tried following this guide, but I don't see any "Certifications" button in the profile menu. However, if I click the "Credentials" button, there is a "Certifications" tab. Unfortunately, I still don't see my exam appointment there, so I am unable to reschedule it.

    You may contact Pearson VUE customer support to reschedule:

    https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact

    Normally reschedule option is on Certifications tab, as shown below:
