Is it possible that an owner of a subscription can modify any parameter of his subscription but not parameters of other users subscriptions.

If this is possible then my questions are:

What is to do and where is it to be done ?

Thank you for any support

Volkmar

Only the owner and admin's can modify the subscription, also the parameters.

    Hello @Olaf Helper

thank you for your quick response but ...

On my system the owner of the subscription is not allowed to modify his own email - adress or the renderformat defined in the subscription

So, where is it to configure ?

    Hi @Volkmar Jaeger ,
If you want to manage the authority of the report, you can right-click the report-management-security, and perform role management.

If you want to set permissions for all reports and subscriptions, you can try "Site Settings" and expand the "Security" node.

    Hi @Joyzhao-MSFT

thanks for your answer. Maybe i described my problem not clear enough.

Let me give you an example:
I have let's say 10 subscriptions from 10 different users on 1 basic report
Any subscription has different parameter settings (for example different plant, different working hours in different departments, different products)
Any user should be allowed to modify any parameter setting of his own subscription
No one user should be allowed to modify parameter settings of a different users subscriptions
No one user should be allowed to activate / deactivate or delete a different users subscriptions

Thats what i am trying to deal with, but up to now i don't know how
    Kind regards,
    Volkmar

    Hi Volkmar,
    @Volkmar Jaeger
Thanks for your feedback, I think I have understood your needs. Your issue is mainly to resolve: Users can manage their own subscriptions and are not allowed to change other people's subscriptions..
There is a Browser Role in report management. This role May view folders, reports, and subscribe to reports.
The "Manage individual subscriptions" task allows users to create, modify, and delete subscriptions for a specific report. In the predefined roles, this task is part of Browser and Report Builder roles. Role assignments that include this task allow a user to manage only those subscriptions that he or she creates.
    Hope this helps.
    Best Regards,
    Joy
