How to submit a request to Microsoft to authorize use of a specific Limited Access Feature?

I want to use the LimitedAccess Features class. According to this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/uwp/api/windows.applicationmodel.limitedaccessfeatures?view=winrt-22621, I need to apply for a feature ID and use token, but I don't know where to submit the request?

    I need to apply for a feature ID and use token, but I don't know where to submit the request?

    It is recommended to open a free support ticket here. You will get 1:1 support on that. Select Developer Tools -> Compliance Documentation (internal only) -> Windows LAF API -> LAF API Inquiry -> Access request in the support page and you could contact the team.
