broken authenticator

Question

i’ve gotten a new phone recently and i’ve been trying to log into my work email but the authenticator won’t send notifications to my phone. i’ve tried everything i’ve triple checked the accounts reset my phone redownloaded the app. and when i try to verify my work email and it sent a code to the authenticator which i obviously couldn’t see and every other option to log in sends a code to the authenticator app no matter what i do

Hi Joshua,

Do you have a backup configured before you changed the phone as you can restore it, if not you will have request for reset of the account MFA settings and this will allow to configure again on new phone.
