I understand that you are encountering an MFA error during the connection attempt.
The error AADSTS700056
indicates that the administrator account used for the endpoint in the project is being blocked by 2FA/MFA or Conditional Access Policy, ensure the account is excluded from 2FA/MFA and any Conditional Access policies and also ensure that Azure Security Defaults are disabled.
Also, the other side you can revoke the MFA sessions and wait for 30 mins it might fix your issue. If your account is managed by your organization, the Global Administrator within your organization can assist you on this issue.
