Hello, This is my first time making a post on one of these forums, so I apologize if anything is unclear. I have a User that had an office 365/Exchange account created, and then our organization moved to test Microsoft Entra AD. This O365 account was deleted so that the on premises account for that user could be sync'd without causing any sync errors. However this user needs the original account restored. I removed the AD sync'd account from the test group that Entra ID interacted with, and can confirm that it is 100% deleted when looking through exchange/O365 admin center. I then tried restoring the Office365/Exchange account, however I am still receiving an error that the primary attribute (the email address) still conflicts with each other. Please see image attached. Any foresight or guidance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!2024_01_25_09_46_00_Users_Microsoft_Entra_admin_center

    Hi @Sean Bristow

When you delete a synced account from Entra ID portal , to restore it you should perform

    • A delta sync on yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com connector in Entra server connect.
    • A delta sync on yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com connector in Entra server connect
    • A delta sync on domain.local connector in Entra server connect
    • Export on yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com connector in Entra server connect
