web application increased the bandwidth billing from 100$ to 1000$

The last two Monts we are having an increase in our bandwidth billing from 100$ to 1000$ i have 2 web apps running my app and both are having the same increase in the bandwidth as per bill the increase in the data out. we didn't perform any change in our web app or infrastructure. i checked some logs but I'm not able to see any relevant information. any idea what else i can check or what could be the issue?

    I’m sorry to hear about the unexpected increase in your bandwidth billing. You mentioned you checked your logs, did you notice if both web apps had a spikes in usage at the same time as increase in billing?

    I would also suggest checking your bandwidth usage details. Azure provides detailed bandwidth pricing information. You can see if there’s been an increase in data transferred out of Azure data centers, or data moving between Azure data centers

    Also, keep in mind Microsoft Azure made some changes to its bandwidth billing model in September 2020. The changes included moving to a source-destination billing model and dividing metering into inter-region meter IDs. You might want to check if these changes have affected your billing.
