the content is blocked by IT admin

notifications keep popping up all the time says that for protection, IT admin is not allowing you to access content from Google Cloud APIs. I have no idea about this, tried to removed extensions on both Edge/Chrome browsers with no luck. any thoughts?

    Reset Chrome settings to default

    Open Microsoft Edge, click the More icon (three dots) in the upper right corner, and select Settings.

    Click Reset settings

    Click the > icon next to Restore settings to their default values, and then click Reset when prompted
