Task card in Planner not copying correctly

Suddenly I am not able to copy a task card in Planner. I have not had this problem before. When I hit copy task, it pops up with a completely different-looking task card unrelated to what I am doing. It does this regardless of which card I try to copy. Any thoughts on how to restore my ability to copy task cards?

    Hi @Aja Warnock Based on our research, there are a few possible solutions that you can try:

    • In Planner, select the task that you want to copy. Open the task's More menu by selecting the 3 dots (. . .) in the task's upper-right corner, and then select Copy task. Copy task
    • Or you can open the task's More menu directly from the board, and then select Copy task. Screen capture: Showing the MORE menu being opened from a task on the Planner board.
    • Check and update if the Teams is the latest version.
    • Uninstall Teams from your device, then reinstall it.
    • Clear the Teams cache from your device.
    • If you’re using the Teams desktop or mobile app, try using the web version: https://teams.microsoft.com/.
