Action Items on Microsoft Bookings Admin Page

Hi! We use Teams for our business, and we use Microsoft Bookings to book prescreen appointments for our candidates. The Bookings page goes down sometimes, and the message in the top right corner of the screen says Action Items with a number listed, but when you click on it, nothing happens. What are action items?     Hi @Leslie Reese Based on our research, there are a few possible solutions that you can try:

    • Refresh the Bookings page or restart the Bookings app in Teams.
    • Check your internet connection and firewall settings.
    • Update your Teams app and Bookings web app to the latest version.
    • Clear the Teams cache from your device.
    • If you’re using the Teams desktop, try using the web version: https://teams.microsoft.com/.

    I found it! If you go into admin.micorosft.com on your account, you'll see the alert notification there. When you click on that, to view the issues, the bookings.com one will turn green.
