Which Azure tool should I use to create virtual characters which turn text into videos? Would this require the use of a GAN, and which Azure tool could I use to do this? Looking to create videos from text to use in a ppt slide deck.

@George Wegener There are couple of options depending on what type of videos you are looking for

• If you are looking to generate Speaking Avatars, you can use the new Text to Speech Avatar (Preview) which is part of the Speech AI Service
• For a slideshow-like video, you can leverage OpenAI GPT, Dall-E, and other cognitive services together to create such videos as shown in this blog post
• Finally, you can explore the models from Hugging Face and deploy them using Azure Machine Learning like this one
