I am trying to add a new guest to an already made recurring invite. I was able to add them to the individual next one but when I hit save it doesn't add them to all the ones going forward? I don't mind notifying all of the parties if this change is made, just that this new person is on every invite going forward in Outlook (Calendar). Thank you.

How do I add guests to recurring meetings in the NEW Outlook without resending the meeting to everyone already invited?? I am given the option in the OLD Outlook to send only to new or deleted guests. I am not given that option in the NEW Outlook. I do NOT want to resend to existing guests/attendees.

And, how will I know when you answer this question?

    Hi @Ford, Tara

Do you choose to modify only one meeting?

To modify details throughout a recurring meeting, please follow the steps below.

    Double-click on the recurring meeting>>Select The entire series>>Add attendees>>Send updates. User's image
