New phone will not receive authentication prompt

I am trying to sign in to a program for my work. I recently got a new phone. Since getting the phone it no longer sends me a message to enter in the authentication code. I need this to sign into my work program. I’ve done everything I can to sign in and it won’t do anything

Because your new phone is not a trusted device, the authentication on it requires authentication from another source. If you don’t have your old phone, or have not setup alternate authentication, then you will need your work administrator to reset your account.
