    You have to follow the steps below:

    1. Create a Group Policy Object and linked in OU where you want deny save date in desktop
    2. Edit GPO and navigate through Computer Configuration ->Policy -> Windows Settings ->Security Settings -> File System .

    1. To restrict access to various folders, simply right click and add \ \ %userprofile%\Desktop\

    2. Indicate the privileges for designated folder(s) granted to users or groups of users.
